Suzuki India Foundation (SIF) is a charitable trust established by Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), Japan, with a vision to promote the educational and cultural exchange between India and Japan.
SIF is a voluntary, non-profit, and non-political organization, strives to make a positive impact across communities irrespective of caste, color, creed, religion, or gender through programs that align with our core mission and objectives.
SIF believes in building bridges between people of India & Japan, empowering individuals, and creating opportunities that lead to a brighter, more connected future.

Our Objectives

India-Japan Exchange: Strengthen ties between India and Japan through educational and cultural initiatives that reflect the spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.

Student Exchange Programs: Facilitate enriching student exchange programs in partnership with educational institutions to promote cross-cultural learning and global exposure.

Knowledge Sharing & Cultural Promotion: Organize seminars, workshops, training programs, and cultural events to advance education and awareness in fields like science, technology, literature, music, tourism, and sports.

Institutional Development: Assist and support the development of schools, colleges, research institutions and other educational institutions across India.

Scholarships & Financial Aid: Support Indian and Japanese students pursuing higher education across diverse fields technical, vocational, industrial, hospitality, arts, and more through scholarships, stipends, and other forms of assistance.

Academic Support: Provide resources such as books, study materials, and financial aid to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.

Publications & art: Promote research and knowledge dissemination through publications, translations, and audiovisual content.
